Refund & Cancellation Policy

At AMAI Consultants ("AMAI", "we", "our"), we are committed to delivering high-quality consulting services and digital solutions to our clients. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines our approach to refunds and cancellations for both consulting engagements and digital products such as HRBlueprint and GenderGove.

1. Consulting Services

All consulting engagements are governed by individual service agreements mutually signed by AMAI and the client. These agreements include detailed scopes, deliverables, and payment terms. As consulting work is customised and involves significant time investment, refunds are not available once an engagement has commenced, except in cases of:

  • Material breach of the service agreement by AMAI
  • Non-delivery of agreed-upon milestones without justification

Any requests for reconsideration will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted in writing to support@amaiconsultants.com.

2. Digital Products and Applications

Our digital offerings, including compliance tools and HR templates, are non-tangible and delivered electronically. As such, all purchases of digital products are considered final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • HRBlueprint downloads (country-specific or universal templates)
  • GenderGove reports or tools
  • Customised compliance documentation

Exceptions may be made in the event of verified technical failure due to platform error that prevents access to or generation of purchased content. Such cases must be reported within five (5) business days of purchase.

3. Duplicate Transactions or Errors

If you believe a duplicate payment or billing error has occurred, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a refund or credit. Proof of transaction and payment details will be required.

4. Subscription-Based Services (Future Products)

For any future subscription-based offerings, the terms of cancellation, renewal, and refund will be explicitly stated at the point of purchase and will override this general policy for the relevant product.

5. Method of Refund (if applicable)

If a refund is approved, it will be processed via the original method of payment within ten (10) business days. AMAI shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
